General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
Preamble (Convenience Translation) This document is a translation of the German "Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen" (AGB) and is provided for convenience purposes only. The legally binding document is the German version. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English translation and the German original, the German version shall prevail.
1. Scope of Application and Provider These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via the online shop of:

2. Conclusion of Contract The product presentations in the online shop serve as an invitation to submit a purchase offer. By clicking the button "Order with obligation to pay" ("Zahlungspflichtig bestellen"), you submit a binding offer to purchase. The contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation via e-mail immediately after receiving your order.
3. Specifics of our Products (Unique Items & Natural Materials) As we sell hand-picked unique items and products made from natural materials (e.g., teak wood, rattan, brass, stone), we explicitly point out the following:

Minor variations in shape, color, dimensions, and structure are inherent to the material and do not constitute a defect.

Knotholes, small cracks, or irregularities in the grain are signs of authenticity and handcrafted production (our "Character Promise").

Each piece is a unique item. The product photos in the shop are exemplary for the quality and style of the respective unique item.
4. Prices and Shipping Costs The prices stated on the product pages include the statutory Value Added Tax (VAT) and other price components. In addition to the stated prices, we charge shipping costs for delivery. These will be clearly communicated to you again in the shopping cart system and on the order page.
5. Terms of Payment Payment can be made optionally via the payment service providers offered in the shop (e.g., PayPal, Credit Card, Klarna). Invoice generation and processing are carried out automatically via our accounting system, Lexoffice.
6. Delivery Conditions Delivery takes place within Germany via DHL or a comparable parcel service. Unless otherwise stated, the delivery time is approx. 3–5 working days after receipt of payment. For larger unique items that must be shipped via a freight forwarder, the delivery date will be coordinated separately.
7. Retention of Title The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
8. Statutory Warranty (Liability for Defects) The statutory warranty rights shall apply. However, please note Section 3 of these General Terms and Conditions regarding the nature of natural products and handcrafted goods.
9. Transport Damages If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please complain about such errors immediately to the deliverer and contact us as soon as possible. Failure to make a complaint or contact us has no consequences for your statutory claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, you help us to be able to assert our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance.
10. Final Provisions German law shall apply. If you are a merchant within the meaning of the German Commercial Code (HGB), the place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from contractual relationships between us and you is our place of business in Fellbach, Germany.
