Preamble (Convenience Translation) This document is a translation of the German "Versandbedingungen" and is provided for convenience purposes only. The legally binding document is the German version. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English translation and the German original, the German version shall prevail.

Our Promise for your Sanctuary Every product at Lovina Living Bali is a hand-picked unique item. To ensure your "Piece of Paradise" arrives safely, we place the highest value on packaging. For us, the moment of unboxing is the beginning of your journey to more peace and nature – therefore, secure and aesthetically pleasing packaging is our top priority.

1. Shipping Service Providers & Regions We ship our goods exclusively within the European Union (EU) via DHL. This includes:

  • Germany

  • All other EU member states (e.g., Austria, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, etc.)

Shipping to countries outside the EU (e.g., Switzerland, Norway, or the United Kingdom) is currently not available.

2. Shipping Costs

  • Germany: We charge a flat shipping rate of €9.90. From an order value of €150, we deliver free of shipping costs within Germany.

  • EU Abroad: The flat shipping rate for deliveries to other EU countries is €14.90.

  • Freight Forwarding Goods: For particularly large or heavy unique items, shipping costs are calculated individually based on weight and destination. These will be clearly displayed to you during the checkout process.

3. Delivery Times Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods takes place:

  • Within Germany: approx. 5-10 working days.

  • Within the EU: approx. 5–10 working days.

Please note that no delivery takes place on Sundays and public holidays.

4. Ecological Responsibility & Packaging In line with our strategic planning, we work ecologically. We use packaging materials efficiently and utilize sustainable solutions to protect our precious materials on their journey from Bali via Fellbach to your home.

5. Transport Damages Your order is insured on its way to you. If a package arrives obviously damaged, we ask you to complain about this immediately to the deliverer and to contact us at contact (at) lovinalivingbali.com.
